5 Days to Hell is built for young men who are serious about preparing for elite-level physical demands, whether that’s Special Operations selection or simply building an exceptionally strong foundation in fitness.
At my peak, I was able to run a 31 minute five-miler at 195lbs. I credit this time with the attention I paid to my hip flexor/quadricep strength, moderate running mileage, and muscular endurance.
